This first-class home offers a spacious open living concept with plenty of windows to enjoy the famous South Padre Island sunrises. We offer fast wifi and smart tv so just bring your passwords. A second living area is available, making the home perfect for multiple families/couples and snowbirds.

All beds have 12 inches of memory foam mattresses (except bunk beds are 8 inches), down alternative pillows, and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep.

KINDLY NOTE

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.

- The pump will run from 9 AM till 7 PM daily with the temperature set at 85 degrees F. Please do not attempt to change the temperature. Pool heat temperature is not guaranteed if outside weather falls below 50 degrees F.

- For your peace of mind, we have outdoor-only surveillance cameras (front door, front garage, side yard). Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels

- Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available

FURRY FRIENDS

- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest/night.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
