All bedrooms have 10 inches of memory foam mattresses (except top bunks are 8 inches), down alternative pillows, and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep. 

Traveling with small children? You can pack lighter because we have Pack n' Plays, highchair, and kid's dinnerware.

FURRY FRIENDS

- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.

- Must be fully house trained

- Must be completely cleaned up after

- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area

- Crated indoors when not home with the pet

- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made

- Not allowed on the indoor furniture, bedding, or pool.

KINDLY NOTE

- If you’re looking for a party house, please do not book. This property is ideal for large family vacations.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
