- The pool heating feature can be purchased for $20/night or $400/month during cool season (from October till May)

- The pump will run from 9 AM till 7 PM daily with the temperature set at 85 degrees F. Please do not attempt to change the temperature.

- Pool heat temperature is not guaranteed if outside weather falls below 60 degrees F.

- Guests will have access to the entire home except for the owner's locked closets.

IMPORTANT NOTE: for the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
